Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to users ("User" or "you") of the website operated by krikya11 and all related services ("Platform"). By accessing the Platform or registering an account, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

krikya11 reserves the right to change or amend these Terms at any time. If significant changes are made, a notice will be posted on the Platform. If you continue to use the Platform after any changes, you will be considered to have accepted the updated Terms.

In addition to these Terms, krikya11's Privacy Policy applies separately and explains in detail how your personal information is collected and used. Both documents together form the complete agreement governing your use of the Platform.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

• The user must be at least 21 years of age. Access to the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• The user must have the legal right to participate in online gaming and betting activities under the laws of their own country.

• Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Funds can be deposited at krikya11 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300 (three hundred taka). Before depositing, make sure your mobile banking account is registered in your own name.

• Deposits from a payment method not registered in the user's name will not be accepted.
• Funds sent from a third-party account will be returned subject to verification.
• krikya11 does not charge any additional fees for deposits, though the mobile banking operator's own terms may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus balance.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• krikya11 reserves the right to review withdrawal requests in cases of suspicious activity.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

The krikya11 welcome bonus is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. This bonus comes with specific wagering conditions and it is important to understand them correctly.

5.1 Bonus Calculation

For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. The wagering requirement on this bonus is ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000. This means you must wager a total of ৳50,000 to withdraw winnings from the bonus.

Another example: on a deposit of ৳20,200 the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies, the balance becomes ৳40,200, and the wagering requirement is ৳20,000 × 25 = ৳5,00,000.

5.2 Important Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
• An account cannot receive the welcome bonus more than once.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts, all those accounts will be cancelled.
• krikya11 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

VIP Program and Cashback

The krikya11 VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate is different for each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on the week's net losses
• Silver: up to 0.4% cashback on the week's net losses
• Gold: up to 0.6% cashback on the week's net losses
• Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses
• Diamond: up to 1.0% cashback on the week's net losses

For example: if a Gold tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback for that week.

Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis (total losses minus total winnings). krikya11 reserves the right to change the criteria for determining VIP tiers and the cashback rates.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the krikya11 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating or operating an account using fraudulent, forged, or false information.
• Placing bets or playing games using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonus benefits using multiple accounts or false identities.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to intrude into or hack the Platform's systems.
• Harassing or abusive behaviour toward krikya11 staff.
• Transferring or receiving funds from another user's account.

krikya11 may be required to report information about any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Placing Bets

The following rules must be followed when placing bets at krikya11. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the rules of a specific market state otherwise. If a bet is not successfully processed due to a technical issue, krikya11 will verify the matter and make a decision.

8.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the result of the match or game. If a match or event is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Special rules for cricket, football, or other sports apply separately for each market.

8.3 System Errors

In the event of a technical error or incorrect odds being displayed, krikya11 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets or reset them at the correct odds. Winnings from bets placed by taking advantage of clearly incorrect odds or game settings are not payable.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the entire agreement between the user and krikya11. If any part of these terms becomes invalid, the remaining parts will continue to be fully in effect.
